Hila Dror, Mikhmoret 2019-2020
Field and laboratory work at the Mikhmoret marine station during 2019-2020: collecting medusae at sea, maintaining them in flow-through tanks and examining tissue and ephyrae under the binocular microscope.
Educational Cruises
Teaching cruises with students and course participants aboard research vessels off the Israeli coast: deploying rosette samplers and plankton nets, working on deck at dawn, and underwater transect surveys with quadrats and slates.
Under The Microscope
Gelatinous zooplankton, larvae and fish captured under the binocular and digital microscopes in the AMBER laboratory. Scale bars appear in each frame.
Under The Sea
